专利说明:
1015202530The present invention relates to a deviceliftable deck for ships with support for detachableholding cargo tires at the intended level. BackgroundIn ships with adjustable cargo decks are used todayvarious arrangements to enable the load decks to be placedand locked at different levels depending on what load you have forintention to load the tires with. One of the more common is to uses.k. semi-autostopper mounted in the fixed structure of the ship. These stoppers can be folded in and out and can be passed by onepanel on the way up, but must be pulled in manually in that case manwants to lower a panel from a higher level to a lower one. Thistakes place by one person walking around the ship to everyonestops positions and pulls a rope or brace tofold in the stops to be passed by the panel. A simpleconstruction, but which often encounter problems in the form ofit does not fall out by itself but gets stuck in for various reasonsrecessed position. The ropes also tend to be many when you haveseveral levels of stoppers on a common pillar in the ship. A typical car ship can have several adjustabletires, and it is not uncommon for a tire to consist of up toforty panels. With four support points per panel, this provides the whole160 positions to adjust per tire. A typical car tire also has several levels, often two load levels and a stowed level at the top below the deckabove. For such a configuration, support is therefore neededeach position, and one has quickly come up with a large amountsemi-auto supports, all of which from time to time must be adjusted in input orunfolded position. This system tends to be quite complex, although it is a simple solution individually.1015202530The problemThe problem you want to solve is thus that with simpleand with safe working means make the manual positioningthe adjustment mechanically and automatically. The purpose is thus thatprovide a solution that works safely and effectively with thatraise or lower the panels, without the need for manualadjustment. However, you do not want to mix in any form of electricityor hydraulic steering. SolutionSaid object is achieved by means of a deviceaccording to the above kind, which is mainly characterized by the fact thatsupported by said liftable cargo decks, a number are included in theget arranged fixed supports cooperable movable movable supportsarranged. List of figuresThe invention is described in the following as onepreferred embodiment, with reference to the appendeddrawings, on whichFig. 1 shows in perspective a mechanism according tothe invention for automatic actuation and regulation and ineffective stop position for a liftable load deck,Fig. 2 schematically shows the mechanism in a positionwhere the load deck is in a raised position,Fig. 3 shows the function of the mechanism in different positionsA-H when the load deck is moved between different levels downwards forsupport,Fig. 4 shows the function of the mechanism in different positionsI-P when the load deck is moved between different levels upwards forsupport,Fig. 5 shows in perspective the mechanism in operationin different positions A, C and F, andlO15202530Fig. 6 shows in perspective the mechanism in operationin different positions G, I, L and O. The inventionThe present invention is a fully automatic onestop mechanism which instead of being mounted in the ship's fixedstructure is mounted in the cargo deck panels. The advantage of this isthat you can have fixed / simple supports in the ship, and this entailsthat the large number of stops to enable multiple levels onthe cargo tires will be of solid / simple and thus cheaptype. The manual adjustment will now be completely avoided thenthe mechanism is arranged to automatically switch from unfolded torecessed position and vice versa, by means of a device which via itstwo spring-loaded positions switch on the support when togetherwith the load deck it lifts respectively lets it pass itfixed supports in the ship. General descriptionThe mechanism is based on the spring and its shaftcan be switched between two end positions and thus via asearm affect a support heel to be unfolded or recessed. The load deck can be operated in a known manner betweentheir different levels using conventional car tire lifters, electric or hydraulic winch, or by other means ofdon. FeatureLaying the cargo deck at its upper level0 The car tire is raised above a fixed support. The spring isin a position which causes it to press thethe heel against the extended position and the stop heel of the support heelis against an opposition.lO15202530o The car tire is lowered and the support lug makes contact with itfixed support in the ship.0 The car tire is further lowered and by the curb weight andthe downward movement pushes the support heel up the main shaft upwards in oneoval holes in the support washer. A movement arm is mounted on the same surfacestanding said shaft and its centers of rotation accompany the shaft. As the shaft moves upwards, a stop of the movement arm inpace with a fixed stop and forces it to rotate counterclockwiseas shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The spring is compressed and causes the movement arm torotate counterclockwise. This means that the mechanism goes over the center,i.e. the spring that was in position I now switches to positionII. When the spring is in position II, it will besearmen want to influence the support heel to be retracted. This is possibleof course not when the spring force is too small in relationto the specific gravity of the panel. In addition, you are required to liftup the panel about 15 mm so that the sweep of the support heel gets past itfixed support. The cargo deck is now in place on the fixed supports.the. Lifting the load deck from a higher level to a lower one0 To be able to lift the panel past the fixed supportsit is required that the support heel is folded in. This is achievedby lifting the panel from the support, the spring whichis in position II presses the movement arm whichthe support heel against the recessed position. When the panel is raised tosufficiently, the support heel sweeps past the fixed support andfolds in.1015202530The shaft falls down to the bottom of the oval hole with the helpof both gravity and spring force. Movement armwheels turn out. The car tire is lowered and the support lug passes it freelyfixed support. The wheel on the movement arm later makes contactwith the upper fixed support. When the car tire is lowered further, the fixed shockthe one on the wheel that wants to make the movement arm rotate. The shoulderswants to lift when the panel is lowered further but is obstructed bythe spur that hooks at its stop. The panel continuesdown and the movement arm rotates clockwise. This clockwise rotationtion causes the spring and the spring shaft to move “over centers” fromposition II to position I. This means that the spring now actsthe movement arm to press the support lug against the extended position. Car-the tire is lowered completely past the support and the support lug folds outcompletely and remains out for the rest of the lowering. The car tire has now been lowered to the lower level, thethe heel which is in the extended position now comes into contact with the lower onesfixed support. The car tire is lowered further and the panel is laid downthe aid. The function in the third point above is repeated, i.e.the spring switches from position I to position Il. Lifting a panel from a lower level to a higher level. The car tire lifts up from its lower fixed support and p.g.a.that the spring is in position II, the support heel is folded inaccording to the fourth point above. The shaft falls down to the bottom of the oval hole with the helpof both gravity and spring force. Movement armwheels stand out. The panel lifts further upwards. The wheels that are on the movementthe arm now comes into contact with the upper fixed support ramp.1015202530u When the panel is raised further, the wheel is affected by areaction force perpendicular to the surface of the rotating rampthe movement arm clockwise, and causes the spring to switch overposition II to position I. The spring now affects the movement arm topress the support lug against the extended position.0 The panel lifts further and the spring now pushes viathe movement arm on the support heel which is now pushed outwards until itgoes against the ramp of the upper fixed support.0 The car tire lifts further and the support lug slides backwardstowards the ramp of the upper fixed support until that level is reachedwhere the support heel can freely sweep out towards its extended position.v When seen ocularly or with donors that all supportaround the panel has gone out, you can lower the load deck towardsits upper fixed support, and lay down the panel. From here, the whole sequence can be repeated starting from other points.ten.
